Making Multi Seed Crackers On The Homestead

Batch One Coming Out Of The Oven

Once a week we like to make one of our favorite crackers to have during the week to eat with Hummus. Besides being really good, these crackers are HEALTHY, GLUTEN FREE, GRAIN FREE, DAIRY FREE, VEGAN, and PALEO. They are perfect with our homemade Hummus. A perfect lunch is 3 or 4 crackers, celery, and carrots with Hummus. Take a seat, take off your shoes, relax, and enjoy as we cook on the homestead.

 SEED CRACKERS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake crackers for 30 minutes on each side or until crispy.

2 cups spring water

 1 cup Organic Raw Whole Flax Seeds

 1 cup Organic Chia Seeds

 1 cup Raw or Home Dried Sunflower Seeds from last years garden

 1 cup Raw or Home Dried Pumpkin Seeds from last years garden

 Sea Salt, Garlic Salt, Coarse Ground Pepper, Red Hot Pepper, 

Mix in a bowl and let sit 5-10 minutes. Spread on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper that has olived oil applied on the parchment paper. Bake for 30 minutes on each side. Remove from parchment paper and let cool on a rack. serve with Garlic Hummus.
